Job Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in any field
At least 7–10 years of relevant experience in Payroll Processing
Minimum of 5 years of leadership experience
SAP experience is an advantage
Global payroll experience is a plus
Can start as soon as possible
Job Responsibilities:
Oversee end-to-end global payroll processing across multiple regions, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timeliness
Manage accurate and timely disbursement of salaries, bonuses, incentives, and statutory deductions
Prepare and analyze payroll reports to provide insights and support management and finance decisions
Collaborate with HR Business Partners to maintain consistency in compensation and benefits across all regions
Lead and develop a team of payroll professionals to optimize operations and drive continuous process improvement
