JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor’s Degree holder in Finance & Accounting
At least 1 year of experience in Vendor Debits - Claims and reconciliation.
Amenable to attend Interview
Can start as soon as possible
Willing to work in Taguig City
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Prepare, review, and process vendor debit notes for issues such as pricing differences, short deliveries, product quality concerns, or returned goods.
Ensure all debit memos are issued accurately and in accordance with company policies and contractual agreements.
Maintain a detailed record of all debit notes, monitoring their status and coordinating with vendors to ensure prompt settlements or credit adjustments.
Iidentify, analyze, and resolve any invoice discrepancies or duplicate debit entries in a timely manner.
Work collaboratively with other departments to resolve cross-functional inquiries and concerns.
