About the Role
We’re looking for EQ Humanize Screeners to help improve the way our AI understands human emotion and expression.
In this role, you’ll review and evaluate a variety of content — from dialogue and conversations to emotional scenarios — and label them based on tone, intent, and meaning. Your insights will help train our AI to recognize how people communicate and react, making in-game and in-world experiences feel more natural, emotionally intelligent, and deeply human.
What You’ll Be Doing
Review chat logs, dialogue, and emotional interactions
Identify emotional tone — empathetic, sarcastic, calm, anxious, confident, frustrated
Analyze how intent and delivery align (or clash)
Annotate subtle emotional cues to help the AI “read the room”
Train AI models to respond in more human, authentic ways
