This is a union position located at our Cambridge Material Recycling Facility.
Starting Wage: $32.81/hr.
Day Shift: 5:30 am - 2:00 pm
Afternoon Shift: 1:30 pm - 10:00 pm
Shift: Mondays – Fridays, overtime based on business needs
I. Job Summary
Sets-up and operates a wide variety of equipment, and performs work per specifications.
II. Essential Duties and Responsibilities
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Other minor duties may be assigned.
Operates equipment in compliance with the company operating procedure.
Verifies that equipment is in working order, e.g., tooling, safety mechanisms.
Moves and positions raw materials and finished components with use of material moving equipment.
Performs daily maintenance and cleaning activities.

This job has no supervisory duties.

Experience: One (1) year of previous experience.

Required to use motor coordination with finger dexterity (such as keyboarding, machine operation, etc.) most of the work day;

Required to be exposed to physical environment which involves dirt, odors, noise, weather extremes or similar elements rarely;
Normal setting for this job is: shop or field.
The expected base pay range for this on-site position is $32.81. This range represents a good faith estimate for this position. The specific salary offered to a successful candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including the candidate’s relevant experience, education, training, certifications, qualifications, and work location.
