Job Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Medical, Nursing, or any related field
At least 2–3 years of work experience in medical insurance or HMO operations
Preferably with prior experience in an insurance or HMO company
Willing to work on-site from Monday to Friday
Amenable to attend on-site interviews when required
Job Responsibilities:
Identify business challenges and formulate effective solutions and services to address organizational needs.
Stay updated on market developments and continuously expand knowledge of products, services, and industry trends.
Develop and implement strategies to promote company offerings, including healthcare services, Utilization Management, and TPA programs.
Conceptualize, design, and launch new products, services, and cost containment initiatives.
Monitor, assess, and track the execution and effectiveness of strategies and business plans.
Perform other related duties as may be assigned by management.
