JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Filipins who are speak and write in French language
Can Communicate conversationally in English language
Must be a high school graduate or Undergraduate with at least 2 years completion
Customer Service experience is an advantage
Open for Undergrad and Bachelor’s Degree holder
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Providing assistance and information via phone, web, email, and chat in French and English.
Listen and provide a solution to customer's concerns, issues, or questions
Preparing a reports by gathering data collected during customer interactions
Ensuring customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support
Performing other related tasks needed
