Job Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Medical, Nursing, or any related field
At least 2–3 years of work experience in medical insurance or HMO operations
Preferably with prior experience in an insurance or HMO company
Willing to work on-site from Monday to Friday
Amenable to attend on-site interviews when required
Job Responsibilities:
Identify business challenges and provide effective solutions and services to address client and organizational needs
Stay updated on market trends and continuously enhance knowledge of company products, services, and industry developments
Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to promote healthcare services, Utilization Management, and TPA programs
Conceptualize, design, and implement new products, services, and cost containment initiatives
Monitor and evaluate the performance and effectiveness of sales strategies and business plans
Perform other related tasks and duties as assigned by management
