Position: Customer Service Representative

At least 1 year completed in college with 2.5 years of BPO experience OR;
College graduates with 6 months BPO experience
Must be amenable to work full-time onsite in any Accenture Manila locations (Cubao, Mandaluyong, Taguig)

Job Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, or chat inquiries from customers in a professional and timely manner.
Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and company policies.
Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently while maintaining customer satisfaction.
Record and update customer information, transactions, and feedback in the system.
Coordinate with other departments to ensure customer concerns are addressed properly.
