Job Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree.
With at least 5 years of experience in regulatory compliance, governance, audit, or risk management within financial services.
Experience in financial services industry and regulatory landscape, with experience in regulatory examinations and remediation programs.
Amenable to work in Quezon City
Amenable to work on a hybrid set-up (3x a week onsite)
Job Responsibilities:
Manage and lead regulatory examinations and audits, ensuring timely and accurate responses from various stakeholders.
Drive the development and implementation of preventative controls, focusing on automation and accountability in high-risk areas.
Monitor and improve compliance controls to ensure they align with current regulatory requirements and perform risk assessments.
Ensuring business continuity for regulatory functions, and collaborating with senior leadership to align on company goals and influence policy.
