JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Filipino who speaks Japanese
- Filipino who is around N1-N2 Level
- Japanese National with permanent visa
- No JLPT required (candidates who are not JLPT passers can apply)
- Can use Japanese and English at the same time
- Open for Graduates or Undergraduates
- Good understanding and email/chat etiquette
- With customer service experience is a great advantage
- Willing to work in Mandaluyong and can start asap
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Respond to customer’s inquiries and technical concerns through emails and chats using Japanese and English
- Assist customers' service concern through email or chat (e.g. playlist, features, troubleshooting and subscription inquiries)
- Assist customers in cancellation of premiums and in changing customer personal details
- Explain the difference of premium members from regular members
- Handle concerns of account users regarding paid accounts, payment issues
- Perform other related task needed
