Schedule: Shifting with graveyard shift

Requirements:
Filipino who are speaking, reading and writing Korean fluently
Korean Nationals currently residing in the Philippines
Must be a Degree Holder
Knowledgeable in Customer Service and Basic Troubleshooting is an advantage
With IT Helpdesk work experience
Responsibilities:
Handle the customer’s inquiries and technical concerns through phone, emails and chats
Assist in troubleshooting and resolving challenges
Answer questions regarding the account being handled
Helping to resolve technical issues related to network interruptions
