JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor’s degree of Human Resource, Psychology or any related course
With atleast 2 years’ experience as HR and Admin
Amenable to attend interviews
Willing to work in Lipa, Batangas
Can start as soon as possible
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Carry out a range of administrative duties, including updating employee databases and managing the HR department’s emails and files.
Keep precise records of employee attendance and leave to facilitate accurate payroll processing.
Provide support to the HR Manager in creating policies, managing recruitment processes, and administering salaries.
Oversee recruitment tasks such as posting job openings online, reviewing applications, and arranging interview schedules.
Organize and coordinate onboarding and training sessions for new hires to ensure a seamless integration into the company.
