Salary: Php 67,300 Monthly
Work Schedule: Mid shift or Night Shift
Work set-up: Hybrid - work onsite once a week

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Native Spanish Speakers living in the Philippines
Conversational to Fluent in English language
Open for graduate and undergraduates
Must be located in Metro Manila
Can start as soon as possible
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Responsible in assisting customer’s inquiries using Spanish and English Language through email, call, message, and live chat support
Listening and resolve customer's concerns, issues, or questions
Preparing reports by gathering data collected during customer interactions
Demonstrating excellent customer service skills
Participate in team meetings and achieve targets needed
Accomplishing other related tasks needed
RECRUITMENT PROCESS (ONLINE PROCESS):
Resume Screening
Initial Interview
Validation of documents (VISA and Passport) for Expat Specialist approval
Internet Speed Test (25 MBPS required)
Written Assessment – with timer 60 minutes
Team Lead Interview - 30 minutes
Final Interview - 1 hour
