JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor’s degree holder
With at least 6 months – 1 year of experience in HR/Company Nurse
Willing to work in Calamba, Laguna
Amenable to attend face to face interview
Can start as soon as possible
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process – from sourcing and screening to onboarding new employees
Prepare and process payroll accurately and on schedule, ensuring compliance with company policies and labor regulations
Handle government-mandated contributions (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, Withholding Tax), including remittances and reports
Monitor and maintain accurate attendance, leave, and overtime records
Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies in all HR-related functions
Assist in employee relations, performance management, and disciplinary actions
Maintain and update employee files and HR databases
Support HR programs, initiatives, and employee engagement activities
Perform other HR-related tasks as assigned by the immediate superior
