JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor’s degree holder
With at least 6 months – 1 year of experience in HR/Company Nurse
Willing to work in Calamba, Laguna
Amenable to attend face to face interview
Can start as soon as possible
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, and onboarding new employees
Prepare and process payroll accurately and on time, ensuring compliance with company policies and labor regulations
Handle government-mandated contributions (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, Withholding Tax), including remittances and reporting
Monitor and maintain accurate attendance, leave, and overtime records
Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal HR policies across all functions
Assist in employee relations, performance management, and disciplinary processes
Maintain and update employee files and HR databases
Support HR programs, initiatives, and employee engagement activities
Perform other HR-related duties as assigned by the immediate supervisor
