JOB REQUIREMENTS:
➢ Filipino who can speak, read, and write Spanish.
➢ Open to undergraduate students and Bachelor’s degree holders.
➢ Experience in Technical Support is an advantage.
➢ Skilled in handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring excellent customer satisfaction.
➢Willing to work on-site
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
➢ Providing assistance to external users of the client's technical products or services with regards to their questions or concerns
➢ Provide Basic Troubleshooting for customers issues in hardware, software, networking or other designated products
➢ Following appropriate escalation path to resolve technical issues; including making follow-up outbound calls to customers or other parties as needed
➢Preparing a complete and accurate report on the issues received
➢Performing other related tasks needed
