JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor’s degree holder
With at least 6 months – 1 year of experience in HR/Company Nurse
Willing to work in Calamba, Laguna
Amenable to attend face to face interview
Can start as soon as possible
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding new employees.
Prepare and process payroll accurately and on time, ensuring full compliance with company policies and labor regulations.
Handle government-mandated contributions (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, and Withholding Tax), including preparation of reports and timely remittances.
Monitor and maintain accurate records of attendance, leaves, and overtime.
Ensure compliance with labor laws, government regulations, and internal HR policies across all HR functions.
Assist in employee relations activities, including performance management, counseling, and disciplinary procedures.
Maintain and update employee records and HR databases to ensure data accuracy and confidentiality.
Support HR programs and initiatives, such as employee engagement, training, and development activities.
Perform other HR-related tasks as may be assigned by the immediate superior.
