Job Title: Junior Business Development Officer
Location: Lagos & Abuja
Job Summary
We are seeking a highly driven Team Lead, Business Development to join our growing team in the insurance sector. The successful candidate will support client acquisition, assist in proposal development, and help drive sales growth while learning from experienced business development professionals.
Key Responsibilities:
• Identify and follow up on business leads.
• Assist in preparing proposals and client presentations.
• Support relationship management and market research efforts.
• Achieve individual sales targets and provide performance updates.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
• 0–2 years’ experience in sales or business development (insurance experience is an advantage).
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Self-motivated and eager to learn.
• Progress toward CIIN certification is an added advantage.
