JOB REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource or any related field
With 2 to 3 years’ experience in employee relations
Knowledgeable in labor laws and employment regulations
Amendable to work on site in Makati
Can start as soon as possible
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Serve as the primary point of contact for employee relations issues, inquiries, and concerns.
Handle and resolve workplace conflicts, grievances, and complaints in a timely and fair manner.
Provide recommendations for corrective or disciplinary actions in alignment with company policy and employment law.
Collaborate with HR Business Partners or Legal teams when handling complex cases.
Prepare reports and present findings or recommendations to HR leadership.
