Bachelor’s Degree Holder
Open for undergraduate
At least 1 year of work experience as Quality Analyst in a call center setting.
Experience working as Customer Service Representative in BPO industry
Willing to work fully on site
Amenable to work at shifting schedule
Job Responsibilities:
Handling inbound and outbound calls, messages and email
Assisting customers with product and service inquiries
Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and clients
Managing and resolving escalations by coordinating with teams and implement quality control processes, perform quality assessments.
Developing and Maintaining high customer satisfactions
