Requirements:
Korean National living in the Philippines
Proficient in English
College Level or Bachelor's Degree Holder
With 1 year Customer Service experience
Geographical knowledge
Must be willing to work in Taguig City
Responsibilities:
Accurately process Korean client’s queries related to Automotive concerns
Ensure to provide excellent customer service
Handle concerns and feedbacks from clients
Provide assistance in giving accurate solutions for their concerns
