Requirements of the job:
Korean nationals with a permanent visa who are fluent in English.
Open to Filipinos with advanced proficiency in Korean language
Bachelor’s degree or any 4 year course.
Preferably with at least 1 year of working experience in Admin or HR.
Has a working experience in BPO or shared services
Experience and knowledge in HR roles and functions is an advantage
Responsibilities of the job:
Serve as an HR point of contact for employees' data requests.
Ensure accuracy and processes data updates in HR global system
Maintain, manage and regularly audit all personnel information in global system
Manage queries and provide solutions
