Job Responsibilities:
Lead end-to-end process improvement and service excellence initiatives across departments.
Identify inefficiencies, analyze root causes, and implement sustainable process solutions.
Drive Lean, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement methodologies to improve performance and quality.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance service delivery and customer experience.
Establish and monitor KPIs to track process performance and improvement outcomes.
Partner with senior leadership to align improvement initiatives with business goals.
Lead and mentor a team of process improvement professionals.
Develop reports and dashboards to communicate progress and success metrics to key stakeholders.
Job Requirements:
Open for Undergraduates
7+ years of experience in process improvement, service excellence, or operational excellence (BPO or shared services experience a plus).
With experience managing Banking & Financial Services or Collections accounts is a plus
Strong background in Lean, Six Sigma, or other process optimization frameworks (Green/Black Belt) is an advantage
Amenable to work on a Hybrid set up
Can start as soon as possible
