Job Responsibilities:
Lead and manage end-to-end process improvement and service excellence initiatives across departments.
Identify inefficiencies, perform root cause analysis, and implement sustainable process solutions.
Apply Lean, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement methodologies to enhance performance and quality.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize service delivery and elevate customer experience.
Define, track, and analyze KPIs to measure process effectiveness and improvement outcomes.
Partner with senior leadership to align improvement initiatives with strategic business goals.
Mentor and guide a team of process improvement professionals to drive results.
Prepare reports and dashboards to communicate progress, insights, and success metrics to stakeholders.
Job Requirements:
Open for Undergraduates
7+ years of experience in process improvement, service excellence, or operational excellence (BPO or shared services experience a plus).
With experience managing Telco and Media accounts
Strong background in Lean, Six Sigma, or other process optimization frameworks (Green/Black Belt) is an advantage
Amenable to work on a Hybrid set up
Can start as soon as possible
