Position: Accounts Payable Team Lead

Work Schedule: Monday - Friday - Night Shift
Work Set Up: Hybrid (3x Onsite per week)
Job Requirements:
Bachelors Degree.
At least 5 years experience in Accounts Payable role.
At least 2 years experience as team lead.
Amendable to attend online interview.
Amendable to start as soon as possible.
Job Responsibilities:
Oversee the end-to-end processing of invoices and payments to vendors.
Ensure all payments are processed accurately, promptly, and in compliance with deadlines.
Build and maintain strong vendor relationships, resolve discrepancies, and ensure accurate vendor master data, including tax information.
Support month-end and year-end closing, including accruals and reconciliations.
Identify ways to improve AP efficiency and accuracy and collaborate with other departments to streamline workflows and integrate systems.
