📌JOB REQUIREMENTS:
~ Filipino who speaks Japanese
~ Filipino who is around N1 Level
~ Japanese National with permanent visa
~ No JLPT required (candidates who are not JLPT passers can apply)
~ Can use Japanese and English at the same time
~ Open for Graduates or Undergraduates
~ Good understanding and email/chat etiquette
~ With customer service experience is a great advantage
~ Willing to work in Mandaluyong and can start asap
📌JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
~ Respond to customer’s inquiries and technical concerns through emails and chats using Japanese and English
~ Assist customers' service concern through email or chat (e.g. playlist, features, troubleshooting and subscription inquiries)
~ Assist customers in cancellation of premiums and in changing customer personal details
~ Explain the difference of premium members from regular members
~ Handle concerns of account users regarding paid accounts, payment issues
~ Perform other related task needed
