Position: Japanese Customer Service Support (With Free Accommodation)

Work Location: Lapu-Lapu City, Cebu
Salary: Php 60,000 – Php 90,000
Work Schedule: Dayshift

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
🌻Japanese Speakers with N1 or N2 Passer or Level
🌻No JLPT required (candidates who are not JLPT passers can apply)
🌻Experience in Customer Service in a BPO company is an advantage
🌻Open to Graduates or Undergraduates
🌻Willing to work On-site in Lapu-Lapu City, Cebu
🌻Can start ASAP
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
🌻Provide prompt and accurate support of Japanese-speaking clients via email, phone, chat, and calls.
🌻Help customers troubleshoot ERP-related issues using SAP systems and guide them through common tasks and problems.
🌻Escalate complex technical issues to relevant internal teams or SAP consultants as necessary.
🌻Work closely with SAP consultants and developers to ensure customer issues are resolved efficiently.
🌻Make sure customer requests are handled on time and meet company quality standards.
