Salary: Php 120,000 - Php 150,000 gross
Work Schedule: 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM | 10:00 AM -7:00 PM
Holidays: Saturdays, Sundays, Philippine public holidays.
Work Set-up: Hybrid (WFH: Mon & Fri | Office work: Tue, Wed, Thur)

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
🎉 Open to Filipino nationals Fluent in Japanese and English
🎉 Open to Passer or Non – Passer in N1 Level
🎉 Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or any related course
🎉 Has an Experience for Design and Front-end Coding
🎉 Has an experience or background in leadership or people management
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
🎉 Prioritize, delegate, and accomplish multiple projects, as well as the ability to troubleshoot and resolve common problems.
🎉 Lead and manage a team of front-end engineers
🎉 Attending remote meetings with the client to discuss the progress of the product.
🎉 Source code review and technical problem solving
🎉 Manage project progress, prepare estimates, and control quality.
🎉 Finding bugs, understanding the reasons for them, and instructing the team on how to fix them.
🎉 Collaborate with the project team to clarify questions or issues within the design or product workflow.
