Job Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or any related course
With at least 1–2 years of experience in retail sales or sales in home appliances
With experience working in kitchen appliances
Can start as soon as possible is a big plus
Amenable to work in Quezon City
Job Responsibilities:
Drive business growth and achieve sales targets by providing effective leadership, guidance, and management of the sales team.
Develop and manage the sales budget to ensure profitability, cost efficiency, and optimal resource allocation.
Assist customers in identifying and selecting products that align with their needs and preferences, ensuring a positive buying experience.
Deliver exceptional customer service by engaging clients in a professional, friendly, and solution-oriented manner.
Collaborate with team members to achieve collective sales objectives and consistently exceed performance expectations.
Perform additional duties and responsibilities as assigned to support overall business goals.
