Location: Lagos & Abuja
Job Summary
We are seeking proactive and result-oriented professionals to join our team as Retail Financial Advisors. The successful candidates will be responsible for marketing and selling a wide range of family and general insurance products, managing client portfolios, and contributing to the companys business growth objective
Key Responsibilities
Promote and sell family and general insurance products to individual and corporate clients.
Build, manage, and retain a strong client portfolio through exceptional relationship management.
Provide professional financial planning and insurance advisory services.
Achieve assigned sales targets and support team performance goals.
Follow up on leads, identify new business opportunities, and convert prospects into clients.
Requirements and Qualifications
Minimum of OND/NCE qualification; HND/B.Sc. is an added advantage.
Prior experience in insurance, financial services, or sales is an advantage.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Passionate about sales, financial advisory, and helping clients achieve financial security.
Compensation and Benefits
Monthly Stipend: ₦75,000
