Position: General Affairs Supervisor
Industry: Manufacturing Company
Location: Lapu- Lapu City, Cebu
Salary: Php30,000 – Php35,000
Schedule: Monday – Friday (Dayshift)
Work Set up: Work on site

Job Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree Holder in Business Administration or any related course
At least 5 years of work experience in General Affairs or in administrative work
At least 3 years of work experience in Supervisory work
Experience working in a Japanese manufacturing firm
Willing to work fully on site

Job Responsibilities:
Processing employment permit and visa
Ensure the compliance with labor and immigration laws,
Maintain accurate and updated employee records.
Responsible for arranging hotel bookings and transportation for visitors.
Assist and support internal departments with administrative requirements.
Responsible in maintaining factory cleanliness.
