JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Filipinos who can speak, read, and write Spanish.
Open to undergraduate students and Bachelor’s degree holders.
Experience in Technical Support is an advantage.
Skilled in handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring excellent customer satisfaction.
Willing to work on-site
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Providing assistance to external users of the client's technical products or services with regards to their questions or concerns
Provide Basic Troubleshooting for customers issues in hardware, software, networking or other designated products
Following appropriate escalation path to resolve technical issues; including making follow-up outbound calls to customers or other parties as needed
Preparing a complete and accurate report on the issues received
Performing other related tasks needed
