Job Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree in Finance & Accounting.
At least 1-5 year of experience in Accounts Payable - Invoice Posting.
Amendable to attend online interview.
Amendable to work as soon as possible.
Job Responsibilities:
Review invoices for accuracy, completeness, and proper authorization prior to processing.
Enter invoices into the Accounts Payable system, ensuring correct general ledger coding and cost center allocation.
Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.
Verify and process invoices, matching them with purchase orders and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the immediate superior.
