Job Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree in Finance and Accounting
At least 1-5 years of experience in AR Billing
Amenable to attend interviews
Willing to work on a Shifting schedule
Can start as soon as possible
Job Responsibilities:
Reconcile and maintain the accuracy of the company’s accounts receivable records, ensuring timely and precise cash application.
Respond promptly and professionally to inquiries regarding payments, invoices, and account balances.
Prepare, manage, and generate detailed financial reports related to accounts receivable and cash applications.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve financial discrepancies and maintain accurate account alignment.
Ensure the accurate assignment, posting, and documentation of company payments.
Perform additional duties and responsibilities as assigned by the immediate supervisor.
