Job Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree in Finance & Accounting.
At least 1-5 year of experience in Vendor Debits - Claims and reconciliation.
Amendable to attend online interview.
Amendable to work as soon as possible.
Job Responsibilities:
Process and validate vendor debit claims, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and compliance with contractual terms and company policies.
Perform regular vendor account reconciliations by comparing internal records with vendor statements and invoices to identify and resolve discrepancies.
Manage the end-to-end claims process, including submission, vendor debit collections, rejection handling, and exception resolution.
Maintain professional communication with vendors, ensuring timely follow-up on claims to drive prompt resolution and strengthen vendor relationships.
