JOB REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor degree in Accountancy, Finance or any related field
With 2 years’ experience in order to cash (billing)
With basic knowledge in general accounting
Experience in SAP, Oracle system is advantage
Amendable to work in night shift schedule
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Ensure invoices reflect correct pricing, discounts, taxes, and terms.
Monitor accounts receivable to ensure timely collection of payments.
Reconcile incoming payments with invoices and update accounting records.
Ensure billing complies with company policies, customer contracts, and relevant regulations tax laws.
Assist in monthly, quarterly, and year-end financial closings related to revenue and billing.
