Position: Operations Manager – Vendor Master Data

Job Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree holder.
At least 5 years of experience in vendor master data management, operational purchasing, or related roles.
At least 5 years of experience in handling a team.
With experience in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and procurement software platforms.
Willing to work in a shifting schedule.
Willing to attend onsite interview if needed.
Job Responsibilities:
Oversee the creation, maintenance, and accuracy of vendor master data to ensure compliance with organizational and regulatory standards.
Develop and enforce policies and procedures for data governance, including onboarding, updates, and periodic reviews.
Monitor and resolve vendor master data discrepancies across various systems.
Implement and enhance ERP systems and vendor data tools in collaboration with IT and Finance.
Managing vendor data creation and maintenance, developing and enforcing data governance policies, overseeing the onboarding process
