P. Gupta Accounting Services Inc located at Unit-110A 12830 80 Avenue, Surrey, BC is hiring office manager for Full -Time and permanent position. Duties: • Oversee and coordinate office administrative procedures and review, evaluate and implement new procedures • Coordinate and plan for office services, such as accommodation, relocations, equipment, supplies, forms, parking, maintenance and security services • Conduct analyses and oversee administrative operations related to budgeting, contracting and project planning and management processes • Assist in preparation of operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls • Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals and correspondence • Overseeing office operations, streamlining procedures, and ensuring tasks are completed accurately and promptly • Delegating tasks to administrative, sales and other support staff and developing internal communication protocols • Managing paperwork, keeping inventory stocked, and maintaining digital and physical files • Establishing and implementing policies to maintain efficiency and order • Being the point of contact for suppliers and ensuring office and other resources are taken care • Dealing with complaints, queries, and correspondence • Preparing letters, presentations, and reports • Organize the office layout and order stationery and equipment • Schedule meetings and appointments • Assist in the onboarding process for new hires • Address employees query regarding office management issues Requirements & terms: Education: Completion of secondary school is usually required. Experience: Minimum experience of 1 year or more as in Office is required.
