Position: Spanish Bilingual – Helpdesk Support

Work Schedule: Monday–Friday, with shifting schedules as required

JOB REQUIREMENTS
️ Filipino with strong spoken and written, reading proficiency in both Spanish and English
️ Open to native spanish speakers with permanent visa in the Philippines
️ Open to undergraduates and vocational graduates
️ Knowledgeable in a client-facing success or support role
️ Troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
️ Familiarity with CRM and ticketing systems is a plus

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
️ Provide guidance and support to doctors using Nexus AI
️ Lead real-time support sessions through video or phone when issues cannot be solved by basic support.
️ Conduct onboarding sessions to walk doctors through the system and help them use it effectively.
️ Troubleshoot and resolve technical or workflow problems to ensure smooth operations.
️ Share and reinforce best practices so doctors feel confident using the system.
️ Record and track issues, along with their solutions, using CRM or ticketing tools.
️ Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve more complex problems.
