Open for SHS Graduate and Undergraduate.
With at least 6 months’ work experience as Customer Service Representative.
Experience working in BPO Company.
Amendable to attend Face-to-Face Interview.
Amenable to work onsite in Taguig.
Job Responsibilities
Responsible for providing customer service support according to the scope of work and service level requirements.
Update account details to keep client records up to date.
Responsible to handle customers complaints and provide solutions.
Respond and handles all customer questions and inquiries.
Provide guidance and support to ensure the highest levels of Customer Service.
