JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor’s Degree.
At least 3-5 years of experience in operational risk management plus strong knowledge of operational processes, risks and controls.
Experience project management, policy governance, and business continuity is an advantage.
Amenable to work in Quezon City
Amenable to work on a hybrid set-up (3x a week onsite)
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Contribute to the development, coordination, implementation, and ongoing governance and monitoring of the Operational Resilience framework.
Provide support across other areas within Resilience Risk — including Business Continuity, Third Party Risk, Incident and Crisis Management — and maintain awareness of Disaster Recovery risk.
Lead and facilitate engaging sessions to collect feedback, address challenges, and maintain an effective tracking process to manage change initiatives.
Oversee resilience risk metrics reported by Line 1, identify potential threshold breaches, and propose appropriate corrective actions.
Create and deliver training materials, conduct training sessions as needed, and monitor attendance, ensuring follow-up with any non-attendees.
