Job Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree Holder
Open for Senior High Graduates and College Undergraduates
At least 6 months of work
Willing to work fully on site at shifting schedule
Amenable to work as soon as possible
Job Responsibilities:
Handling inbound and outbound calls, messages and email
Assisting customers with their needs and service inquiries
Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and clients
Managing and resolving escalations by coordinating with teams
Developing and Maintaining high customer satisfactions
