Job Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree Holder in Psychology or any related course.
At least 5 years of work experience in HR Business Partner role.
Experience working as HR Generalist in BPO Industry.
Willing to work at shifting schedule
Amenable to work as soon as possible
Job Responsibilities:
Coordinate with operations and assist leader in identifying the workforce needs of the company.
Develop solutions that will support the company productivity and lead initiatives in employee engagement.
Responsible in handling employee issues and conflict resolution.
Maintain compliance with labor laws and company policies
Prepare accurate HR reports and presentations for leadership review.
