Job Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree holder
With at least 2-3 years’ experience as a Real Time Analyst
Amenable to attend interviews
Willing to work onsite

Job Responsibilities:
Ensures optimal staffing for business partners by creating forecasts and staffing models, analyzing market conditions, and providing data-driven recommendations.
Oversees resource planning for one or more divisional units; acts as a trusted advisor by anticipating issues and opportunities.
Builds strong relationships with business partners, proactively communicating trends and concerns with actionable insights.
Collaborates with business partners to identify initiatives or changes affecting volumes or staffing, assessing their impact on workforce needs.
Generates and maintains volume forecasts for contact centers or processing departments using standard and advanced statistical techniques.
Monitors staffing drivers (volume, handle time, shrinkage, occupancy) against plan, raising awareness and recommending corrective actions as needed.
