Job Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree holder
With at least 2-3 years’ experience as a Real Time Analyst
Amenable to attend interviews
Willing to work onsite

Job Responsibilities:
Optimizes staffing for business partners through forecasting, modeling, market analysis, and data-driven recommendations.
Oversees resource planning for divisional units, serving as a trusted advisor by anticipating issues and opportunities.
Builds strong business relationships, proactively communicating trends and providing actionable insights.
Partners with teams to assess initiatives or business changes impacting volumes and staffing, determining workforce needs.
Creates and maintains volume forecasts for contact centers or processing departments using advanced statistical methods.
Monitors staffing drivers (volume, handle time, shrinkage, occupancy) against plan, providing recommendations for corrective action.
