Job Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree holder
With at least 4-5 years’ experience as an HR Business Partner/Generalist in a BPO Company
Willing to work on a Dayshift/Midshift
Amenable to work Hybrid Set Up in McKinley, Taguig
Can start as soon as possible
Job Responsibilities:
Partner with business leaders to align HR strategies with operational goals.
Manage employee relations, grievances, and engagement initiatives.
Support performance management, including goal setting, reviews, and PIPs.
Collaborate with L&D to identify and address training and development needs.
Drive retention strategies through attrition analysis and workforce trends.
Ensure compliance with labor laws, HR policies, and client requirements.
Track HR metrics (attrition, absenteeism, engagement) and prepare actionable reports.
Support organizational changes, process transitions, and client onboarding.
Advise managers on people and performance-related issues.
Perform additional tasks as assigned by the immediate supervisor.
