Job Responsibilities:
Lead end-to-end process improvement and service excellence initiatives across multiple departments.
Identify operational inefficiencies, conduct root cause analyses, and implement sustainable, value-driven solutions.
Apply Lean, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement methodologies to enhance performance, efficiency, and quality.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline service delivery and elevate the customer experience.
Establish, monitor, and analyze KPIs to measure process effectiveness and track improvement outcomes.
Partner with senior leadership to align process improvement initiatives with strategic business objectives.
Coach and mentor a team of process improvement professionals, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability.
Prepare and present reports and dashboards to communicate progress, insights, and key success metrics to stakeholders.
Job Requirements:
Open for Undergraduates
7+ years of experience in process improvement, service excellence, or operational excellence (BPO or shared services experience a plus).
With experience managing Telco and Media accounts
Strong background in Lean, Six Sigma, or other process optimization frameworks (Green/Black Belt) is an advantage
Amenable to work on a Hybrid set up
Can start as soon as possible
