Job Responsibilities:
Lead end-to-end process improvement and service excellence initiatives across departments.
Identify inefficiencies, perform root cause analyses, and implement sustainable process solutions.
Apply Lean, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement methodologies to enhance performance and quality.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize service delivery and elevate the customer experience.
Establish and monitor KPIs to measure process effectiveness and improvement outcomes.
Partner with senior leadership to align initiatives with strategic business objectives.
Lead, coach, and mentor a team of process improvement professionals.
Develop reports and dashboards to communicate progress and key metrics to stakeholders.
Job Requirements:
Open for Undergraduates
With atleast 2 years’ experience as a Trainer in a BPO setting
With sales experience is a plus
Amenable to work onsite in Mandaluyong City
Can start as soon as possible
