JOB REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor degree in Human Resource or any related field
With 5 years’ experience as an HR Business Partner, Generalist in a BPO company
Amendable to work in a hybrid set up
Amendable to work in Mid shift schedule
Can start as soon as possible
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Partner with operations to understand manpower needs and plan hiring accordingly.
Act as the primary point of contact for employees regarding workplace concerns.
Ensure adherence to company policies, labor laws, and compliance requirements.
Conduct capability assessments and recommend development solutions.
Support compensation planning and salary benchmarking for BPO roles.
