Position: Portuguese Technical Support Representative
Company Industry: BPO / IT Services
Work Location: Pasay City, Philippines
Salary: Php 80,000
Work Schedule: Shifting schedule
Work Set-up: Temporary WFH, 1–2 Months Onsite training (Subject to future full onsite requirement)

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
️ Brazilian National who are currently residing in the Philippines
️ Good communication skills in English and Portuguese (both written and spoken).
️ Bachelor’s degree or vocational in IT-related courses is a plus
️ With background in IT or technical support is a plus.
️ Basic knowledge of hardware, software, and networking
️ Familiarity with PC troubleshooting and applications like Outlook is an advantage
️ Willingness to handle multiple calls daily
️ Previous BPO technical support experience required

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Provide customer and technical support to end-users in English and Portuguese.
Troubleshoot and fix software, hardware, and account-related issues.
Follow standard support procedures when responding to user concerns.
Record and update all incidents accurately in the tracking system.
Handle multiple calls or tickets as needed.
